Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days. Please note All international orders, personalized/custom items, and any items discounted by more than 20% are final sale.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject.
Full refunds in the form of store credit are offered for exchanges. Otherwise, there is a processing & restocking fee of $4.99 per item for returns processed back to the original method of payment - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 7 days after return delivery to inspect and process refunds/exchanges.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement, subject to a $4.99 cancellation fee. To cancel, contact our customer support. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exceptions may apply for personalized orders. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue a proper response.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items discounted more than 25% or gift cards.
