QQQ LLC SMS Program Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the SMS (text message) notification program operated by QQQ LLC, the company that owns and operates Humraha (humraha.com) and Custom T-Shirts Columbus (customtshirtscolumbus.com).

What we collect

For the SMS program, QQQ LLC collects the mobile phone number of each subscriber, the date and method of opt-in, and a log of messages sent and replies received (including STOP and HELP requests).

How we use it

We use this information only to send the account and operational notifications the subscriber requested, to honor opt-out and help requests, and to keep records required for compliance. Message content is limited to business account alerts such as automation status, task failures and items that need the subscriber's decision.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver messages, and when required by law.
